A private space for leaders who need to pause and rebuild.

Burnout-informed coaching for founders and senior leaders navigating recovery, reduced capacity, or patterns of performance that are no longer sustainable.

If you haven't said it out loud yet

You might be functioning, but mentally slower than you used to be. More irritable, detached or emotionally flat. Exhausted in a way that sleep doesn't fix. Avoiding decisions you'd once have made confidently. Quietly questioning whether you can keep leading like this. You may not have used the word burnout. You may not even be sure that's what this is. But something has shifted, and pushing harder is no longer working.

This is not a performance problem

High-performing leaders don't burn out because they're weak. They burn out because they carry responsibility well, tolerate misalignment longer than most, override early warning signs, and believe it's their job to hold everything together. Phoenix isn't about coping better. It's about pausing long enough to understand what your system has been absorbing, and rebuilding from energy rather than depletion.

What it is

A six-month, one-to-one coaching engagement designed to stabilise capacity and reduce cognitive overload, map patterns of overextension and self-abandonment, recalibrate identity, values and decision boundaries, and redesign leadership in a way that's sustainable. Delivered through a burnout-informed lens, which means pace matters, capacity matters, and psychological safety matters. This is coaching, not therapy, and it complements clinical or specialist support where appropriate.
