Phoenix isn't about coping better. It's about pausing long enough to understand what your system has been absorbing, and rebuilding from energy rather than depletion.

What it is

A six-month, one-to-one coaching engagement designed to stabilise capacity and reduce cognitive overload, map patterns of overextension and self-abandonment, recalibrate identity, values and decision boundaries, and redesign leadership in a way that's sustainable. Delivered through a burnout-informed lens, which means pace matters, capacity matters, and psychological safety matters. This is coaching, not therapy, and it complements clinical or specialist support where appropriate.
